How to set up your cocktail keg:
- Please clean your Daze cocktail keg with warm water and mild soap before use.
- Fill your Daze cocktail keg with your cocktail of choice. You can find recipes on our Instagram!
- Attach the cocktail hose onto the barbed fitting of the spear base, cut the hose, ensuring it can touch the base of the keg.
- Screw the spear onto the cocktail keg.
- Install the faucet into the spear body, making sure the fitting is tight.
- Ensure the regulator knob is in the OFF position.
- Screw in a new CO2 capsule turning clockwise firmly into the spear body.
How to adjust the tap:
- Turn the regulator knob counterclockwise to 5-8 PSI. Place a glass underneath the faucet and pull forward until your cocktail flows out.
- If no cocktail flows out, the CO2 capsule may need replacing.
- Turn the regulator knob to the OFF position and install a new CO2 capsule as per the previous steps.
Troubleshooting:
Faucet Leakage: Remove the faucet and ensure the O-ring remains inside. Make sure the faucet & spear connection is tight and secure.
Leakage of CO2: Ensure the CO2 capsule is installed properly & tightly. Continue to tighten the capsule but never unscrew if gas remains. Release the pressure by pulling the CO2 ring before removal.

Does the keg come with the cocktail?
Our kegs come empty so you can get creative. Mix up your favourite cocktail, pour it in, and you're good to go. Fancy a bit of fizz? No problem - you can add bubbles too.
Think of it as your cocktail, on tap, made exactly how you like it.

How big is the cocktail keg?
Our keg holds 1.9L of cocktail, that's around 10-13 cocktails depending on what you're pouring!
How long will my cocktails stay cool for?
Your cocktails will stay cool for several hours after the keg has been cooled in the fridge. Want it to last longer? Just add ice.

Received a faulty item?
In the unlikely event you've received a faulty item, please contact us with the following details:
- Order number (eg. #1234)
- Your full shipping address (including postcode)
- Phone number
- An image of the issue
We deliver to the following locations:
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, New Zealand.
For any orders outside of the UK, due to shipping restrictions, your order will not include Co2 canisters.

- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If you are unhappy with your item once it arrives, you are welcome to return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us if you would like to return your item.
Due to hygiene reasons, we won’t be able to accept any returns for items that have been opened and used.

Still waiting on your refund?
Please allow up to 7 days from when your return reaches us for your refund to be processed. After your refund has been processed, it may take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This depends on your bank or payment provider.
